Dr. Juan WilliamsGod birthed purpose on earth December 23, 1955 in Los Angeles, California through the birth of Dr. Juan Williams, Sr., a man after God’s on heart.
Although born in the inner city, Juan new his life was purposed and he was destined for greatness. He knew he would never be a product of his environment but a testimony to the nations.
Juan’s formative years showed him to be a gifted athlete with world-class speed. He attended Fremont High School, where he was a star athlete, participating in football, track, and baseball. Juan was truly a hard worker on and off the field. He started his own businesses; worked jobs, maintained academic excellence, secured himself transportation and even purchased his own home by the age of 21.
Juan went on to receive his Associate of Arts Degree from East LA College, his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Riverside, and Master and Doctorate degrees from Azusa Pacific University in Theology. It was at the University of California Riverside that a young man from Campus Crusade for Christ offered Juan, Jesus. It was this day that the Lord would begin to cultivate and mature Juan’s inner man for His Glory!
From 1980 through 1983, Juan Williams was a full time student, full-time peace officer, husband and father and served full time in ministry. He became assistant pastor at a ministry in Riverside, California under the Four Square Church denomination. It was here that he came across a box of tapes by Dr. Frederick KC Price that belonged to a fellow minister of the Four Square Church. As Juan listened to these tapes his faith was stirred up and he began to gain an intimate relationship with God the Father.
It wasn’t until 1983 that he left his career as a peace officer, to co-labor full-time in ministry. In 1984, while vacationing on the island of Kauai, the Spirit of the Lord spoke to Dr. Williams and told him that he had been chosen to be the under shepherd of a new ministry in the Inland Empire. During the years that followed, God began to stir-up and confirm His Word.
In 1988, with the assistance of the Four Square Church, Dr. Juan Williams, Sr. launched forth in his own ministry as a pastor and teacher committed to the vision of, “Setting Men Free through the Knowledge of Jesus Christ,” and a mission to, “Seek and Save that which is Lost.”
Juan would never look back on where he was but pressed forward to the marvelous works ahead. Dr. Williams is not only the Pastor and Founder of Ontario Christian Center but a husband, father, grandfather, spiritual father, soul winner, book author, business and real estate entrepreneur, televangelist, counselor, FICWFM board member and founder of Dr. Juan Williams, Sr. Faith Ministries. Throughout his walk in Christ Dr. Williams has literally brought the dead back to life, healed the sick, showed the poor how to become home owners, saved hundreds of marriages, made the lame walk and brought thousands to repentance and salvation all because of the power and authority that was entrusted to him by God for his obedience and willing heart to serve.
God has blessed Dr. Williams with a ministry that emphasizes the importance of hearing Gods voice and walking in love. Juan is a hearer and a doer of the Word with a congregation equipped to do the same. He knows the heart of God and has a true passion for all sheep. Ontario Christian Center is founded on love and Dr. Juan Williams, Sr. ensures that all people experience the love of God from the moment they arrive. Dr. Williams is an exceptional man of faith and anointed for every good work.
Currently, Dr. Juan and Mrs. Tracy L. Williams reside in Southern California. They have six children: three adult sons, three adult daughters, and seven grandchildren which include triplets!
